Welcome to my website!

It is my opinion that Draper City will become the "Crown Jewel" of the Salt Lake Valley if we move in the right direction.  One of the best ways to accomplish this is to have a City Council that does the following:

  • Represents all of the citizens of Draper

  • Is fiscally responsible by being wise stewards over our tax dollars

  • Makes decisions based upon good judgment and the law

  • Has a vision for Draper's future and is proactive in achieving short-term and long-term goals that are part of a long-range Master Plan for the city

So if elected, I pledge to vote for the following:

  • Taxes & Budgeting: Lower property taxes, make Draper City government less reliant on property taxes through business growth, and plan budgets on 5 year plans.
  • Transportation: Make needed repairs on roads, work on a master transportation plan that takes into consideration future growth, and allow the citizens of Draper to have a voice concerning the extension of TRAX into Draper.
  • Police & Fire: Make police, fire, and other emergency services a top budget priority for Draper and prepare a comprehensive emergency preparedness plan for Draper.
  • Parks & Recreation: Maintain and expand current park system, expand junior recreational leagues, and establish more scenic greenways, trails, and bikeways.
  • Education:  Support the right of parents in Draper to have choices in the education of their children.
  • Ethics: Pass a comprehensive ethics ordinance that will ensure accountability of Draper City Government to the citizens of Draper.

…and above all, to serve, listen to, and represent all Draper citizens to the best of my abilities.
